- 2-room Flexi36–47 m² · 388–506 sq ft · about 15 L of paintThe smallest flat type: one bedroom, for singles, couples and seniors. It comes in two sizes, the larger with more living space.
- 3-room60–68 m² · 646–732 sq ft · about 24 L of paintTwo bedrooms and two bathrooms: a common first home for a couple or a small family.
- 4-room90–93 m² · 969–1,001 sq ft · about 33 L of paintThree bedrooms and two bathrooms: the most common flat type for families.
- 5-room110–115 m² · 1,184–1,238 sq ft · about 36 L of paintThree bedrooms, two bathrooms and a noticeably larger living and dining area, often used for a study or a fourth room.
