What renovating one costs

Before you collect your keys
- For three years, the wall and floor finishes in the bathrooms may not be removed. New tiles can be laid over the old ones. HDB, building works guidelines
- Renovation needs an HDB permit before work starts, applied for by a contractor from HDB’s Directory of Renovation Contractors. Structural walls cannot be altered, and the household shelter’s walls must not be hacked or drilled. MyNiceHome (HDB)
